1. INTRODUCTION

We accept collaborations and sponsored content from companies, brands, and professionals relevant to our sector. These collaborations appear clearly identified in a separate section from our independent editorial content.
Our goal is to provide value to our audience of automotive industry professionals, repair shops, distributors, and related vertical companies, maintaining the highest standards of transparency and quality.

3. CONTENT REQUIREMENTS

3.1 Mandatory requirements:

  • Relevant topic: The article must provide genuine value to automotive professionals, repair shops, or related companies.
  • Length: Minimum 800 words, maximum 2,000 words.
  • Originality: Unpublished content, not published on other media.
  • Editorial quality: Professional writing, free of grammatical errors, properly structured.
  • Format: Include clear titles, short paragraphs, maximum 2-3 contextual links.
  • Currency: Current and relevant content (not recycled from previous years).

3.2 Recommended structure:

- Eye-catching title (max. 70 characters)
- Introductory subtitle
- Opening paragraph (hook)
- 3-4 sections with h2
- Conclusion/call to action

4. LINK POLICY

4.1 ACCEPTED links:

✅ Maximum 2-3 dofollow links in contextual manner

✅ Links to relevant industry websites

✅ Links to useful resources for the reader (documentation, guides, comparisons)

✅ Links to author's corporate website (maximum 1)

✅ Links to professional social media

4.2 REJECTED links (Strict policy):

❌Links to:

  • Gambling, betting, casino sites
  • Sexual, adult, or pornographic content
  • Unregulated pharmaceuticals (suspicious generics)
  • Quick loans, easy money, pyramid schemes
  • Any aggressive debt scheme
  • Private Blog Networks (PBNs)
  • Low-quality directories or content farms
  • Direct competitors without contextual value
  • Sites with spam or negative reputation in the sector
  • Sites with spam or negative reputation in the sector

❌ Rejected practices:

  • Repetition of the same anchor text across multiple links
  • Over-optimization of exact-match keywords
  • Promotional content without editorial value
  • Hidden advertising

5. RATE AND PAYMENT CONDITIONS

5.1 Price::

  • €600 per article (VAT not included, subject to Spanish tax legislation)

5.2 Payment method:

  • Bank transfer (data is included in the invoice)
  • Payment required at the time of publication
  • Invoice will be sent with article reference and publication date

5.3 Invoicing:

  • Company/author data required to issue invoice
  • Tax withholding applied according to Spanish regulations

5.4 No refunds:

  • Once the article is published and payment is received, no returns are accepted
  • Post-publication modifications incur additional costs (consult)

6. REVIEW AND PUBLICATION PROCESS

6.1 Approval flow:

  1. Proposal Reception: Author sends title + summary (max. 200 words) + proposed topic
  2. Initial Evaluation (48h): We confirm if it fits our editorial guidelines
  3. Article Writing: Author submits complete article

  4. Editorial Review (5-7 days): Our team reviews:

    • Relevance and value for the audience
    • Editorial quality (spelling, structure, clarity)
    • Each link (destination, context, relevance)
    • Compliance with this policy
  5. Feedback and Adjustments: If necessary, we request changes
  6. Final Approval: Publication is confirmed
  7. Publication: Published within "Artículos remitidos" section 
  8. Payment: Payment requested via PayPal before publishing

6.2 Timeline:

  • Proposal for approval: 2 weeks maximum
  • Delays: If author doesn't respond to feedback within 10 days, request is cancelled

7. PUBLIC IDENTIFICATION

7.1 How sponsored content is marked:

All sponsored articles appear:

  • In the "Remitidos" section (separate from editorial)
  • ✓ Author: Artículos remitidos


8. Línea editorial y Conflicto de intereses

  • We do not publish articles attacking direct competitors
  • We do not publish content contradicting verified information about safety or regulations
  • We reserve the right to reject any collaboration that does not comply with this policy
  • We reserve the right to not publish if violations of this policy are discovered after payment

9. HOW TO REQUEST A COLLABORATION

- Article summary (max. 200 words)

9.3 Confirmation:

You will receive a response within maximum 48 hours confirming whether your proposal fits our editorial profile.
